Introduction to AMAS

   

This course will provide a better understanding of AMAS and its role in within the Emergency Operation Plan. Team members will learn the different types of Teams and response capabilities within the Intrastate or Interstate deployment. There will also be guidance for preparing yourself and your family for extended incidents that also affect your local community. This course is a prerequisite for IMAT, SMORT, HazMat, Swiftwater / Flood Water Teams, Search Teams, Rescue Teams
