RT: Structural Collapse I/II

This course is based on NFPA 1006: Standard for Technical Rescue Personnel Professional Qualifications. This program is designed for those persons who respond to incidents involving the application of special knowledge, skills, and equipment to safely resolve unique or complex rescue situations. This program is an intense course which addresses light frame construction collapse and emphasizes the following discipline areas: shoring, breaching and breaking, lifting and moving, and cutting and burning.

Physical Requirements - This course is a very physically demanding one which requires student to be in good physical condition.
