Canine Search

    

This course will prepare AMAS team members with basic knowledge of how to utilize canine search as a resource during emergency situations. Students will learn the strategic benefit canines provide to search efforts and a basic understanding of what the canine is searching for and how the canine communicates. This course is a prerequisite for IMAT, Swiftwater / Flood Water Teams, Search Teams, Rescue Teams
