Facility Fire Brigade Interior Structural Member

This course is based on NFPA 1081: Standard for Facility Fire Brigade Member Professional Qualifications, 2018 Edition. It is designed for the person who seeks the knowledge and skills to function as a member of an organized facility fire brigade providing services at a specific facility or site. This level is specifically designed for individuals that will be performing the physical activity of fire suppression, rescue, or both, inside of buildings and/or enclosed structures that are involved in a fire beyond the incipient stage.

Pre-Requisites

• 18 years of age
• A candidate must be physically able to perform the tasks associated with fire brigade training
• (Pro Board or IFSAC) Certified Incipient Industrial/Facility Fire Brigade Member
• (Pro Board or IFSAC) Certified Hazardous Materials Operations level
